Anyone know the time frame for opening a pcg membership and requesting a CA business account, to the account being open?

Not long, bearing in mind all the banks have to do the same basic checks.

You could always ask the PCG you know, their admin team has a pretty good handle on that kind of question. Email admin@pcg.org.uk and see what happens.
