Not long, bearing in mind all the banks have to do the same basic checks.

You could always ask the PCG you know, their admin team has a pretty good handle on that kind of question. Email admin@pcg.org.uk and see what happens.

And join the PCG anyway. Best £200 you'll spend this year...
