NLUK where do you get this from?? who new such terms even existed my boring life as an accountant is now getting very exciting

Back on topic as other have said

        1) Ltd can be st up in hours or one working day

        2) Cater Allen seems to be the best choice for contractors on here, but HSBC and Barclays are pretty good from my experience.

        3) Contract review yes yes and yes make sure you do this no one wants to be inside IR35 do they?.

        4) Accountants speak to a few and see which one you get on with the best and what they offer in terms of service and which will help you as a business.

Welcome to contracting and good luck

Thanks again everyone for your help !!

I have been reading the contract template sent to me by the agency, I want to post a few questions on some content in that document which I do not understand, am I allowed to copy and paste? I will of course remove any personal information (there is none anyway as this is just a template).

Has anyone ever read the T&Cs for CUK, particularly point 4 under Professional?

                Just saying.

                  Thank you FAQqer.

You cannot imagine how irritated I am by cleaning up this thread.

Occasional amusing remarks I leave but I will ban for 7 days anyone continuing with such childish banter in Professional Forums.

I'm pretty sure I've seen people do this before, I'm sure I will be corrected if I am wrong though!

If it is questions about your contract, you would be better taking advice from a professional rather than strangers on a forum in my opinion.
