Something like SJD in Switzerland?

Hi,

I like these straightforward monthly flat rate accountant services in the UK like SJD, where every aspect of the paperwork is taken care of.
I've been recently offered a role in Switzerland, and since I have no experience working there, i'm looking for something similar like SJD to do the heavy lifting.

Requirements:
-They should be able to create my limited/umbrella
-They provide registered office address service
-They open business bank account for me
-They advise me on tax
-And do the accounting of course

I tried to google for such thing, but no success.

In Switzerland you have to go by a local payroll company.

Unless you have 50K then you're allowed to register a GmBH, there are plenty of payroll companies and they all charge over the £600 mark it was one of the things I hated most about working in Zurich.

Read this:

Take home on 10'000 CHF gross, is ~1'200 CHF in Zürich. However, in common with brollies in the UK, out of your 10'000 CHF, you must also pay employer's social contributions, pension, various insurances and the brolly fee.

It's virtually the same just a lot more expensive in terms of what they charge

All that comes out of your own pocket apart from flight in and flight out at the end of the contract AIUI.

I'm sure you've searched and read the many CH threads on here and seen it's phenomenally expensive over there so make sure the rate is a good one.

Well, i haven't considered this payroll thing. They offered me 800 CHF/day, but it doesn't sound as good if i have to tax half of it. Not speaking about living expenses....
