I'd like to share my experience here. I have been using SJD for well over 10 years and have noticed things rapidly deteriorating in the service during the last 12 months. Hence I am now no longer using them. I regret not making this decision earlier however now my accounting can only get better. Looking at a number of threads here I can see this is not an uncommon experience. The final nail was that I raised a number of service issues which was acknowledged then ultimately ignored and I am staggered at the low level of service compared to a few years ago.Comment
