I am currently closing down my business. Started this in April 17 and they have still not sorted it for me.
I have requested a refund as when challenged my accountant has admitted being off getting married and then sick, but they have refused.
I've received the standard poor service, emails answered at the end of the day which didn't answer my question and when challenged changing there mind on the response.
Not to mention having to remind them about making returns......I could go on.
I would definitely echo the "avoid at all costs" stance.
