At my most pessimistic I get the feeling they believe it will be fine to put us all on payroll and there will be no impact to anyone other than us paying a bit more tax.Comment

£220 a day just happens to be the bottom of the Senior Civil Servant pay scale - that's basic salary, not cost of employment - divided by 260. I suspect that is not a coincidence...Blog? What blog...?Comment
