The other thing I'd ask is, would this go down as a business expense, as you are taking professional advice on the matter?
Blah blah blah.Last edited by administrator; 22 July 2013, 19:30. Reason: No marketing please. Offer advice (as long as it is good) or don't bother at all.Comment

With all due respect to the above poster, you're better off using a specialist for IR35 contract reviews rather than a contractor accountant, as it's a very nuanced area (but there's no harm in having both).
And just out of curiosity, what if the OP doesn't like what you have to say, contractorsaccountant0704, i.e. you indicate a FAIL?Comment

My firm offers a free contract review on initial free meeting. if you like what I have to say, you may then ant to sign up. I am not the cheapest, or the most expensive , but I give value for money.
Not sure how we proceed, as it depends where you are based, but let me know if you are interested anyway. BTW I am a chartered accountant, my firm has been affiliated to PCG for 4 years.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!Comment

I hope IR35 sees a rather swift death in the future.Last edited by Zero Liability; 22 July 2013, 20:10.Comment
