Does it involve some kind of benefit trust?

Or just not paying any tax?

Their "reference" IT Consultant must be one of the very, very few who aren't on LinkedIn either.

Pay it over a long period? If outside IR35, you could take your £100K and pay yourself £10K per year for 10 years. Assuming no other income, you'd beat 90% for sure.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

I decided to go with Viva Contracts after researching the contractor market thoroughly. I'm so glad I did, as I saved thousands last year and had a lot more free time too!

Viva Contracts website is registered to a company in the Isle of Man.

              Smartpay are based in Blackpool.

They are both the same company, but neither provides any details of how they can get close to the 90% figure - in fact they only offered me 82% return

Surely you'd have to pay your corp tax at the end of the first company tax year?

                  Well that's my theory debunked.

Perfectly simple: 10% is their fee, you only have to ensure you shuffle off this mortal coil before HMRC works out you've not paid any tax and comes for it out of your estate. You'll have made 90%. Your surviving family will be destitute, but hey, why should you care...?
