                  Guilty before having to prove himself innocent?

                  Frankly I don't think Waterboy has it in himself to become director of his own Ltd Co (yet, anyway). He'd probably get into all sorts of mess and trouble with the tax authorities. Now in this case the extra couple of hundred quid is a lot of money, but from my POV he would have a far better life stick to PAYE until he better understands the workings of consultancy and Ltd Co structures.
