Rullion - not paid on time - are they going bust?

Despite our timesheets being submitted and approved ahead of the Rullion set deadline they have failed to pay all contractors where I work - does anyone know if they are in financial difficulty?

What should we do to avoid losing our money should they go bust?

what excuse are they giving ? Maybe they bank with Natwest

In all seriousness you have a couple of options from walking off site to informing client and somewhere in between.

          LOL but spot on!

Never ceases to amaze me people posting on an internet forum as first option.

I'd doubt rullion are going bust. I worked with a couple of contractors at my last client who were through rullion, they said they always got paid later than contractors with other agencies but if you're bothered, phone 'em up first.

                I've worked with Rullion.

Incompetency as opposed to insolvency I expect.

Give them a call and find out.

Me too - first (proper) contract was through them, Jane Smythe, think she's still there in the Altricham office.....
