    They are sound enough so just call them and politely ask them when you can expect to be paid. Try charm rather than panicked belligerence which is probably what the accounts department have had to put up with for the last couple of days!

    LOL but spot on!

    Never ceases to amaze me people posting on an internet forum as first option.

    I'd doubt rullion are going bust. I worked with a couple of contractors at my last client who were through rullion, they said they always got paid later than contractors with other agencies but if you're bothered, phone 'em up first.

    what excuse are they giving ? Maybe they bank with Natwest

    In all seriousness you have a couple of options from walking off site to informing client and somewhere in between.
