    Fisrtly, which numbers quoted? I haven't quoted any.

    Secondly, I'm not thinking of an umbrella. I currently have a limited company which is "looked after" by Paystream. I want to move my limited company away from paystream for a local accountant to maintain for me.

      Right, I misunderstood your original question.

      "Numbers" as in the worked examples that Simon laid out in that thread where he shows you save at least 5% by using your own company over an umbrella. But since you aren't...

      SJD are in Bristol (opposite the Watershed) although I seem to be run by the guys in Cheltenham for some reason. If it's important that they be close, they would seem to be the ones to go for. Now wait for thirteen people to show up and say (a) SJD are too expensive and (b) who needs an accountant anyway...
