I assume it means April 04 - March 05 is the first affected year for APN's??
You are in the lucky position of being able to pay then. I don't care what my exposure is - I can't pay and am stuffed.

Hardship for my children will follow.

They stopped at the end of Part 3 clause 191.

Part 4 Follower notices and accelerated payments starts at 192

with follow notices 193-211 followed by accelerated payments.

Its a shame Part 5 Promoters of tax avoidance schemes isn't a lot shorter.

It should read promoters of failed tax avoidance schemes and all relatives before and after of said promotors will be personally held responsible for all tax owed...

Part 4 must be a big one if they stopped so soon into the meeting. Or is this where they go away and figure out a cunning deceitful plan of how to justify it. You know the kind where everybody plays an acting role, says what they are told to say and then it gets voted in favour of.

I don't have any faith in the system any longer.

Can't wait till my MP comes knocking on my door (if I haven't lost it through bankrupty) asking for my support. I'll tell him to wait a minute while I gather up a template reply to fob him off.

Are protests allowed at polling stations?

Smacks of running down the clock to me. Disgraceful. 35 mins? I don't believe there's any chance that this will have a proper debate. Just like when Osborne gleefully announced that he'd already consulted on this, during the budget speech while failing to mention everyone he'd consulted was negative, this is script is already complete. Absolutely outrageous that 65,000 people's livelihoods mean so little.

I think they made anything the police deem a "nuisance" or even "annoying" a criminal act in the Welfare Reform Bill.

Protests have always been illegal. Try doing NVDA in the correct way and no jury will convict you.
