However, we did not expect it that quickly so we go on. There are further opportunities within the next 12 months and we are already working on those which puts us up on the clock so to speak. We are not going to pack up our bags at one tiny setback. S58(4) is contrary to the Rule of Law, and there are only 5 countries in the world that don't outlaw retrospection in their constitutions.
