Director on jury service

Hi, I've just completed jury service and as I am employed as a Director of my own company (NOT self-employed), the court told me that I need to get a letter from HMRC confirming that I'm a salaried director. Suprise suprise, HMRC can't help. Has anybody here been in this situation?

Not directley helpful but I don't spose you have PCG Plus membership?

Will they accept a Payslip, P60 or a letter from your Accountant (who I am assuming is ACCA / CIMA accredited)?

I've tried, they won't accept any of these docs.
