To the OP: Could it be that your expectations are unreasonable? Some of your other threads and posting would suggest you need a significant amount of handholding: borrowing cash from the company; wiring money to France and expecting this to claimed as expenses etc.

These firms that charge £100 + per month and tell you they are 'specialist' contractor accountants are pulling your pisser. They are relying on the fact that most contractors have absolutely no clue about running a business and they're exploiting you for it.

They are charging you for the fact that you require your accountant to do every little baby step for you - that's part of the service rather than exploitation.

I also doubt that a typical 'real' business accountant is as up to speed with all the little nuances of being a disguised employee.
