Have a look at PCG Plus, a lot of extra services for not a lot more money.
I was working through a proper dodgy agency (didnt know this until a few weeks into the contract and bailed ASAP) and the agency default insurance help put my mind at rest.

A lot of accountants will do the review for you.

Indeed, but most are not legally trained. Not to say their opinions are not educated, but they are more educated guesses than legal advice.
