    new contract, new LTD

    after working in contracting for over 2 yrs and always going through an umbrella, ive decided to fark it off and register me own LTD.

    i now finally got meself a new contract - yay.

    but its farking miles away outside of london. so im looking at getting local B+B or even hiring a car, cause i dont own one from living in the smoke for farking ages.

    anwyays. can i claim either accommodation or hire car costs as expenses in this contract.

    which is for 1 month to go in and be a code monkey / knob jockey.

    Accomodation and/or 40/25p per mile.

    Do you get paid per fark?
    Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

        AFAIK no you can't, it's all encompassed by the mileage rate. But then you should ask an accountant.

          i dont own my own house

          how about this one..

          i currently reside at my parents, as my primary and business address.

          can i still claim accommodation expenses if i move out mon-fri for this contract?
