Hmmm. Just seen this on another thread about HMRC now charging you county court fees if they take you there in relation to unpaid tax etc.

Just heard that de Graaf have joined the talks with Montp, Steed, PwC et al.

Between them they account for the majority of the 3000 users and £300M tax revenue.

Maybe that will wake a few people up!

And with that contact list available, why can't they ask the scheme members to write to their Members of Parliament. Not everybody reads these forums or wants to. I know of a good number of people who are caught by this "crime of parliament" yet they don't come here to get the updates.

If only 100 of us have done so it will make no odds whereas thousand may make people sit up and listen.

I was with MP first, then with deGraaf for a few years and the letter I had from them a couple of days ago came across as 'ever so sorry, but you'd better pay up'.

That's my interpretation, not a quote from them, but if they are now joining forces with MP et al then that has to be better news.

I'm really depressed, as is my wife and my daughter (who may not now be able to go to Uni in September - she hasn't taken this very well...), but I still have faith that this stupid, stupid, interpretation and use of such a repressive and undemocratic law will be recognised and some measures taken to correct this almost unbelievable situation.

Fingers crossed, and keeping faith in the dedication and determination of MP, deGraaf etc.

                  Hi and welcome.

I've seen the letter and heard from other degraaf clients who were equally unimpressed.

Hopefully their next comms will be a bit more positive.
