Has anyone had any dealings with this company? I am interested in there EBT scheme, does anyone know of any other companies offering contractors this solution? I understand there are risks associated with EBT's i.e. if they fold you could have a lot of money tied up in them because Trust payments are irregular. Other than that how concerned should I be over the legitimacy of the scheme in the eyes of the Inland Revenue? They appear to have covered all the bases and still manage to operate using a loop hole in legislation. It seems offshore solutions such as these are viewed with suspicion but how waranted is it?

I used a scheme like this once, but not for long. I've not suffered any ill effects so far and it was nice getting 80 per cent back whilst in lasted. I didn't view it as a long term tax planning strategy though.Originally posted by Virtually ThereComment

EBT's have been looked at by HMRC and not seen as ideal route for payment - I would personnally avoid!!Comment
