Has anyone had any dealings with this company? I am interested in there EBT scheme, does anyone know of any other companies offering contractors this solution? I understand there are risks associated with EBT's i.e. if they fold you could have a lot of money tied up in them because Trust payments are irregular. Other than that how concerned should I be over the legitimacy of the scheme in the eyes of the Inland Revenue? They appear to have covered all the bases and still manage to operate using a loop hole in legislation. It seems offshore solutions such as these are viewed with suspicion but how waranted is it?

I used a scheme like this once, but not for long. I've not suffered any ill effects so far and it was nice getting 80 per cent back whilst in lasted. I didn't view it as a long term tax planning strategy though.Originally posted by Virtually ThereHas anyone had any dealings with this company? EBT's have been looked at by HMRC and not seen as ideal route for payment - I would personnally avoid!!Comment

Do you turn the telly over to another channel when boring things like 'The Budget' gets mentioned?"I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."
