    EBT's have been looked at by HMRC and not seen as ideal route for payment - I would personnally avoid!!

    I used a scheme like this once, but not for long. I've not suffered any ill effects so far and it was nice getting 80 per cent back whilst in lasted. I didn't view it as a long term tax planning strategy though.
