Anybody with only 1 year's worth of Accounts, got a mortgage in last 12 months?

Having one year accounts shouldn't be a problem. I looked around a number of normal high street lenders when I was in a similar situation and they were happy to take my permie details up to the one year and my accountant would prove the income for the year I was contract. They had forms and a standard process to get evidence from accountants so didn't bat an eyelid when I mentioned it.Originally posted by swiz View Post

Shouldnt be a problem. some lenders will take 1 yrs accounts and some will go from your contract rate. Low % borrowing requirement is good also.Comment
