    Do I don't I pay uk tax

Hi, so my problem is I'm working in Austria, going back to the uk about 20 days a year, my contract has just started so as of yet I'm not registered as sole trader or ltd. I keep hearing about a 91 day rule saying I'm classed as a non resident and not liable for uk tax, but as I'm earning 150000 euro a year paid into my uk bank, I have no clue what my best options are. I have no home address or assets in the uk and I'm not registered as living here in austria, and I don't want to pay Austrian tax as it's way to high. So I really need help on my best options tax wise

The chanches are your only legal option is to pay Austrian tax. It is high but so is your rate, and your quality of life.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

So, you are 'intelligent' enough to develop the skills to earn c£130k a year, but lack the intelligence to find out what your tax liability is.

Hmm, smells of eau de troll in here!

Thank you for that useful information, sir! Beam me up Scotty, there are no signs of intelligent life here.

Liability to UK tax is more complicated than that. Do you have a property in the UK for example?

You need specialist advice and only someone that fully understands all your circumstances and understands the taxation rules of both countries will be able to give that to you.

You are more than likely liable for Austrian tax, yes with a clever lawyer keep the days of the contract below residency are possible, but best play safe pay the tax in Austria, you probably won't have to pay Austrian Social Insurance, which is usually the problem, particularly if the contract is temporary. I can't imagine the tax rates alone are that much more expensive than the UK, I suspect it would be the Social Insurance. There 's nothing worse than finding out the hard way that the Austrian tax authorities decide you should pay tax, that would be a disaster.
            I'm alright Jack
