It's not like wanderer to be rude as he(she) is sickeningly tolerent and nice to so many posts that really don't deserve it but I am a bit bemused by this question and keep asking myself why you didn't do as suggested, or even ask SJD directly. I can't see how a bunch of strangers can advise you on the status of another company that you have to rely on in a process like this.

This has been discussed on here before, Simon, from SJD is a chartered tax advisor but does not have an accountancy qualification. I think they employ accountants though.
There is no restriction on anyone calling themselves an accountant, so just because it says "accountant" on the tin, does not mean there is an accountant in the tin!
