Sorry dont quite have the same optimism. The judge dismissed each of the claims.

If we go back to court with the same claims it is almost certain we will get the same verdict. Only benefit of appeal is to delay payment.

Good point. However, it seems that there is a process that needs to be

OK - well thats encouraging in some ways, but what is this process - and at what point in it do we have any hope of something going our way? i.e what is "final"? I feel so powerless as I'm sure many others do. Ultimately all we did was pay for someone to manage our affairs as efficiently as possible for the good of our families.. why are we treated as basically morons that should shut up and wait for the powers that be to decide whether they have tortured us enough or (more likely) not? - sorry last bit is from the heart, what there is left of it anyway.

Well, quite - the next sentence says:

In plain English - as we were given the chance to pay up earlier, then tough. No deals, give us your house and sell your kids.

I totally agree. I think everyone got buoyed up with all the evidence in the court case etc. I always saw this as stage 1 of a lengthy process (just like arctic systems).
