    They must be worried,

I just had a call from them to see if I had got the email and to explain I'd 'only' be paying around £5 a month more at the bottom line, not sure how that's worked out....

Okay, there's no easy way of saying this - in two weeks time we're having to bring our monthly management fee into line with our weekly fee and remove the discount for those of our much valued employees like yourself who currently pay monthly.
Jesus! And people still use brollies and think they are 'contractors!?
I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!

and with watford reporting that Clearsky have increased their fees it won't be Clearsky!

£120 for providing a payroll service once a month seems like a lot of money to me. How can anyone justify this when others are offering a brolly service at £40 pm and accountancy fees are from £60 pm! These brollies might like you to think otherwise but ultimately with standardised and reduced expense allowances they are literally just payroll brokers for the agencies. I just cannot understand anyone using Parasol at this cost.

Anyone remeber a couple of years back when they got bought out by some vulture capitialists.

well that appeared to be at the peak of their growth so in order to fullfil the VC's requirmenets for making loads of money they need to burn the existing customer base for some extra as they have not seen the expected growth in their customer base.

but good luck to em - I am sure many of their existing employees are more than happy to foot the increase - apparently only about a fiver per month....

I'm still on the £66+VAT rate, don't know when that comes to an end though.
