Yes, just take the money out of your business account and buy it, no need for any of that paperwork nonsense.

          Ask yourself a few questions:

Does the company own the car you are scrapping?

Will the company own the new car?

If no to both the above, then why can't I declare a dividend to get the money from the Company into my personal account so I can buy a car with it?

Why am I employing an accountant and not listening to what he's telling me?

Why do I think some random bunch of strangers on a public board will be more informed about my financial status than my accountant?

Why do I have such trouble writing in English?

But don't tell us the answers, we're probably not that interested.
          Blog? What blog...?

            Two More to add.

Why the hell people don't give straight answer when someone ask a question?

Why the hell people pretend that they answer questions in a forum?

            hopefully, you understood....

                .
I think Mal was giving some good advise, you pay your accountant a fee - use them, or use the search button or even google it.

There are a number of reasons for this..

                  A) Your accountant said no. Why do you think we are any more qualified than your accountant to answer this. Someone said yes do it and you questioned him. So why ask?

                  B) The question is showing a total lack of business accumen as was pointed out i.e. the difference between a company and what is yours. Think like a company director

                  C) Its been asked a million times before so use the search button

                  D) It makes us laugh posting sarcastic mails to pretty awful questions. Well it does me anyway.

                  Keep em coming...
