Sadly not before publishing his autobigraphy "How I saved the planet from financial meltdown" and boring people to sleep after dinner.

Has anyone had their 2008/2009 tax return from montp yet?

Not sure how applicable to our cause is but nice to see retrospective was thrown out in this case:-

Yes, get it all detailed and over to MP, they got all my numbers wrong and did things like allocating payments I made on account for this year to charges from 2006 and then adding on interest! And using payments I made in 2006/7 for this years payments - they are imbeciles - assume nothing, check everything and spreadsheet it out for MP and they'll get it all sorted out for you - they did for me and fast. (Thanks guys).

                  Stephen Timms back from holiday

                  Interesting article...

                  http://www.contractoruk.com/news/004540.html

On the subject of "flouting legal obligations" legally we were in the right (the Govt have done nothing to prove otherwise). Legally, Timms and Kennedy have abused our human rights, have been unfair, disproportionate and discriminatory. The JR will show this.

This statement is nothing other than a cynical attempt to take the moral highground ahead of the JR. Sorry Timms, through your actions we already occupy the high ground - you're aggressive attack on people who behaved legally is devoid of all morals. As a man of God I sugest you are a hypocrite.

I wonder if any of the new anti-'avoidance' measures will be retrospective?

And didn't he split the proceeds of his Ovom share's with his wife,
for nothing more than tax purposes.

He who is without sin etc..

interesting strategy, now hitting the Moral high ground as he probably realises he's screwed on the legal side....I see that as a small victory for us, Law is law...If Mr Timms is so keen on Morals I expect to see Mr Timms from this moment forth wandering the streets of London collecting all the homeless he and his colleagues have left out in the cold and giving up spare rooms in their homes to prevent these people having to live on the streets, surely its a moral duty?.....After all its all about distribution of wealth and fairness isnt it Mr Timms.

Thats what makes me laugh about socialism, its all very fair and even...but only to a point where it doesnt encroach on your own lifestyle...always someone elses duty...socialist hypocrisy....
