I will be there at least on Day 1.

Can I sit behind Mr YouKnowWho (TM) , so I can kick his butt?

        One from...me

Kick his butt from me...unfortunately I cant make it but will be on this site all day looking for updates

If the unthinkable were to happen, I plan to pay in £1 coins...2000 people affected each handing over hundreds of thousands of pound coins (apparently £200 million worth!!) should grind HMRC well and truely to a hault!!!

I doubt AB will be there but I'm sure we can find you someone else who deserves a boot up the backside.

Not affected, other than I enjoying hearing the taxman being taken to task. I bet Wat Tyler's spirit will be there.

Good luck to the lot of you.

Not affected either, but I support your cause as the injustice of retrospective legislation is entirely offensive.

I'm really glad that you've got this far and I have my fingers crossed for the JR

                  Don't forget

Whilst HMRC peddle their case against offshore tax havens and tax avoidance, don't forget that when HMRC sold off their property assets they did so to a company that was based offshore and as HMRC state, resulted in a cheaper deal for them due to the savings on tax. This is the same people who are fighting against offshore tax avoidance. Beggers belief.

To those who are not affected by BN66, thanks for your support and keep that coming over the next few days. This is not just about BN66, it's also about retrospective legislation of any kind when the affairs in question had always been made known and for me (and incidently the OECD), it is this one fact that makes the difference - transparency.

You may not be affected by BN66, but retrospection can gain momentum if BN66 previals and if so then whilst you may not be affected by this matter now, what of the future? We all have a vested interest in having retrospection stopped for the good of us all and any hope of a democratic country.

Once again, thanks to everyone who has kept this issue alive. Perhaps a leopard never changes its spots, but hopefully one day a certain donkey can change its coat! But that will come down to what HMRC decide to do after the JR.
