From what I understand many affected people will not be attending, for what-ever reason. Hopefully this is not a true representation.

For those that are going, we should probably attend on the same date to ensure the maximum numbers?
Probably Tuesday morning for open doors would be best as this would then sit in their mind for the duration??
    What's people's views?

And perhaps DR you could send a reminder email to your mailing list suggesting that we should attend on chosen date/time?

I would be nice to get more people than the room can sit, just to show our interest.

Huge interest from LOndon based contractors I am in touch with. Hopefully all those facing bankrupcy will be there too.

        attending

if I can - but some plonker has scheduled a major system change for the first 3 days of next week. I might win the JR & then lose my contract if I'm not around
But I'm close so I might try to sneak over - can we turn up at any time or are we only allowed in at set times?

If there is space you can come in/out. Generally court sits from 10:30 to around 12:00/12:30 then lunch until 2pm or so.

Contractor at client co(CanPayButWouldRatherNot) and I are planning on heading over at 11:30 on 1st day - we should be in court at 11:40 if we can get in.

Presumably very soon DR will be strating an "Are you attending the JR" poll thread with a terribly witty andyw option("The judge is andyw"?)

I have done it this way so we can try and include people who are not on the forum.

Yes I am facing bankruptcy, if we loose, but unfortunately I can't attend and probably others from up here in the North, as we have to go offshore, to keep the oil & gas fields ticking over, until such times as they tax the oil & gas industry out of the UK Continental Shelf.

But will be desperate to know what is happening, and our comms links to the rigs ain't always very good, but will keep trying to log in and see what the latest is.

                  Big day on Tuesday

I'll definitely be there. With such a big potential impact on my family's future I want to be in court to see how it pans out ! Even if we can't all fit in at once, I'm sure we'll work something out.

If you haven't already done so, please vote in the Poll.
