Ive also had dealings with Work&Pensions over the past 18 months and often the letters they send out are very heavy-handed...but when you actually speak to them on the phone they are pretty personable and only to happy to help and advise...believe it or not, when Ive had to speak to my local tax office theyve often been the same...Ive always found them to be very fair...
its a shame the guys at the top arent so willing to work with you to resolve any issues...Comment

The BFH is very very afraid of me. She knows how I deal with evil scum. For the moment I think its good for children to see their mother. But the time may come when I feel differently.Comment
