My brother, who lives abroad, has gone ahead and registered a limited co at my home address.
Apart from the occassional bit of junk mail and cold calling I now get, I'm a bit concerned about any potential pitfalls.
For example, if he defaults on any bills or fails to complete statutory returns for comp house, tax, what have you, are there any implications on my record as a director of my company - which we registered at my accountants address mainly because (as far as I know) that's the norm.
I am not expecting him to fall short on these requirements - but please what are your views on how quickly I should press for him to alter the registered office?
