Huh? SOunds like a scam? If the loan was denominated in Zimbabwe dollars wouldnt it be nearly zero now with their rate of inflation?

That's the point. BY claiming this and allowing scheme members to "pay back" the loans they get around a whole raft of tax evaision legislation.

It does sound like a scam though. Even if the loan was denominated in $Z the value in £ remains the same since thats what you were "paid" under the scheme.
