I like a fine ale, myself. The very thought of having to survive on Tescos Value cider, 2 litres for 99p, buy one get one free, doesn't bear thinking about. We got to win, think of my liver!

Just to avoid being taken to court again, I'd like to say that I have no doubt Tescos sell absolutely delicious cheapo cider in the highest grade cheapo plastic disposable bottles.

I'm feeling strangely excited by all this. What say we forget about the judicial review and put it all on red 12 instead?

If my worst fears are realised and he refuses the JR (this will not be the first time he has done it) what will the next step be.............. if he disallows it and refuses an appeal? does it go before the House of Lords? or directly to Europe?
Let's hope it doesn't come to that
Yeah this guy worries me as well. As you say and i've mentioned this before he has done a lot of business for HRMC before and no doubt will be a friendly face to HRMC this afternnon

He'll also be aware of their tactics. It might lead to a few probing questions. Hopefully he will be at pains to demonstrate his impartiality. Reading that article that was posted earlier, he appears to be a very by the book, straight talker as well. We have a strong case.

Lol, look at all the green lights!

I have a very nice 2 bed apartment in West Algarve, in the worst case scenario, I'm sure we could fit 1000 of us disgruntled bankrupt contractors in there somehow...!!
