Yeah, we could disband and leave MontP to keep us all informed, just like they've always done

Good point. It was only thanks to this forum that they kept us updated more than once every 6 months....

Pretty sure I am not on my own thinking this but this forum (and this particular thread) has been something of a comfort for me, knowing I am not in this alone and about to be hung out to dry

Once again, thanks all and in particular to DR and BrilloPad

I bet there will be a few hits on Tuesday afternoon.

THE TIMES carried the following article today:

                http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/com...cle6488302.ece

I realise some readers will take an instant dislike to it because it is written by some senior Tories, however BN66 is a direct result of how weak our Parliament has became under the present government.
There's an elephant wondering around here...

I particularly like this sentence. Very applicable to BN66:

"Debate on legislation is routinely curtailed, with much of it poorly (sometimes never) debated."
'Orwell's 1984 was supposed to be a warning, not an instruction manual'. -
Nick Pickles, director of Big Brother Watch.

Excuse my lack of fully understanding, will Tuesday actually tell is if we have one our case or will it just tell us if we have won the right to a judicial review? What if the Judge on Tuesday disagrees with our case - is that it? With all that is at stake, I shoul;d know more...sorry!
