Incidentally, is anyone going to be able to attend the JR and give us a running commentary? I would but I live 400 miles from London and probably won't be able to get away.
I would like to attend it as I live in London. Anyone know the date and how we get access?
I could probably post updates on the website from my PDA.

I will print my own placard too off course!

If the JR is to be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, here is the list they publish although I am not sure where a JR would sit.

It is likely that I would attend. Does anyone know how long a typical JR hearing takes is there any set times?

Just so you know there are no mobiles/comms devices allowed in court - but you can use them in grounds of the "courts of injustice". Though you cannot take cameras(or placards into the grounds!

No date - but is almost certainly a public hearing so you just get the court number day before (from website already given). First the case has to be listed - then we get a date (and lrngth of hearing).

The judges will appreciate you turning up - they always seemed to love a crowd (even if you oppose them). I commend it to anyone.

After a bit of research I think the JR's are heard in the Administrative Court.

Thanks Brillo. If you attend, maybe we can meet up.

Yes! good idea! look at the aggro our last meet-up created!

I hope several will attend - as long as we can all talk positively and not get morbid (which is what I understand some meet-ups have turned into).

After a few hours of legal talk I will go

                    RatiCAN

I am just down the road from the RCJ in Southwark and will make some time to get there too. Anybody know how long it is likely to take? Maybe we could come up with some sort of timetable so somebody is present during the important parts...

Correct me if wrong - important part is the judgement? Which is weeks/months after the hearing?

I would still like to attend some of the hearing.
