Hey Portseven, how are you? Im another twentyplus user and posted here a while back. I managed to pin down some of the scheme people for a face to face and got some useful info out of them which is quite telling.

Unfortunately, people on this board were not really forthcoming, and whilst I understand the need for caution, it seems like its every person for themselves here, so you are unlikely to get any comparative info from users of different schemes to your own e.g. MP users.

Anyway, PM me, and I will share with you the info that I got from my face to face.

Sorry you got that impression. I think people are just a bit wary because they know who else is reading this.

Personally I think we should all stick together irrespective of which scheme we are in. After all, there is only one real enemy here!

errr sorry but you are wrong, the european court can tell the UK government they are in breach of the EU laws which they signed up for....Domestically yes the bill cant be overturned as it the "will of parliament" but european courts can tell the governments who signed up to the EU charter not to misbehave and they have done in the past...

Taking the last year into consideration, I think my liability is heading towards 6 figures but I have no intention of blinking first.

Anyone got a sample response to send to Hector with regards to their last letter? Is it best simply saying "I am taking professional advice on the matter"?

Might be a bit tricky if you've signed off an SA form as complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge...

Seriously, that is one area where you should collectively get serious and independent legal advice, or it might all go horribly wrong.

you dont have to reply to that letter at all....Only when you get the closure notice do you really need to get your skates on....
