A few of us have friends at montp who pass on what they can. Alas the public information is unlikely to change - so we have to be grateful for what we can.
Have you paid on account or bought a CTD? How many years were you in the scheme? Will you face hardship if you have to pay?
Dont forget to say hello to Mr Brannigan (BTW hello )

Interestingly, I'm still with Montp, but the companies agent who have a managed service deal, have informed me that it is their company policy not to deal with Montp any more, due to on-going issues. So, I'll transfer my new conract into a ltd company for the time being.
I've yet to work out what the amount will be, I've been with them for approx 2 years. But either way, I'm lucky to be in a position to pay. However, I see this as a long way off yet with some court action. So for me, life will go on and my plans will not change etc.
Cheers

Unable to reclaim overpayment
It seems as I have an 'open enquiry' against me, I am now unable to claim back any monies I overpaid to HMRC in the last couple of tax years (I paid too much on my SA account when with an MSC for a few years). The repayments clerk suggested I contact the 'Enquiry Officer' - hello Mr B....
Before I pursue this, does anyone know if they have a right to keep my money like this? Can't find any info at all on the HMRC/Direct.gov site about this situation.....Comment
