Seriously though, Montpelier are currently marketing their new scheme. A friend of a friend is going to a presentation tomorrow. He might find out some info on the new plan!Comment

When is the Judicial Review taking place and is there any likelyhood that it will bring about any changes to the legislation?Comment

Someone having to go onto a public website to find out what their supposed agents plans are, is testament to the poor comms we are getting, and what seems to be a dont give a sh*t attitude...The only reason (I suspect) there is any pushback by montp on this is for selfish reasons.Last edited by smalldog; 20 June 2008, 13:21.Comment

This may not be popular but already expressed by many, I am not confident that MontP are confident that they will win this argument.
Definitely time to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.Comment

So far I have had good communications from montp - but I believe they are swamped with alot of questions while trying to prepare accounts for 05/06 and prepare for a JR. I would prefer them to fight HMRC than communicate with me!
IMO anything from Warr & Co is likely to be biased.
However this gets to court it will be a long fight and will probably go to Europe. Will take years. Is there a better option to waiting?Comment

I cannot cover my complete liability at the moment but will get a CTD to cover as much as I can and am trying to determine how to cover the rest.Comment
