    Year End ?

    Am i right in thinking that the "year end" is the "First accounting Period End Date" or is it 01 April ?

    It's the end of the first accounting period end date ie. 1 year after company formation.

      Any confusion on the date, check on Companies House website.

        Yes initially set as year after date of incorporation. You can always change a year end date to something more convenient.
