    National Minimum Wage increase!

I hope I'm correct in saying this, but for all those who do their own accounting and payroll don't forget that the NMW has just gone up this week!

    Quote:-

What are the current rates of the national minimum wage?
There are three levels of minimum wage, and the rates from 1st October 2007 are:

£5.52 per hour for workers aged 22 years and older
A development rate of £4.60 per hour for workers aged 18-21 inclusive
£3.40 per hour for all workers under the age of 18, who are no longer of compulsory school age.
The cycle of life: born > learn > work > learn > dead.

My accountant sent me a letter about it, now I just need to change the salary standing order.

      Thanks for the reminder.

I'm still on £9500, which I think is minimum wage from 2 years ago.

It's a wonder how I make ends meet.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

All employees must be paid the minimum wage, you should all ensure that your company is doing this.
