Independance & Liability Clauses - Advice required...

    Hey,

Just looking for some good example clauses with regards to the following subjects:
    1. The intention of the contract is that of being an independant contractor
    2. The Company will have full responsibility and liability for any defective work

Thanks in advance for any advice.

If you are a PCG member, you should get a model contract in their members area ..
          Else
QDOS Freelancers club which costs 40 quid provides a model contract .

consult a specialist, you can't do this on the cheap

IMHO, not necessary if the circumstances of the OP are similar to most contractors ..

The contracts in PCG member area or QDOS are drafted by specialists and will suit most contractors ..
