Am I right in assuming that you are entitled to £150/head allowance for company events ?
If so can you spread it out over the year and have a couple of "company events" ?
Say I was taking the missus out on a shopping weekend that coinsided with her birthday and a group of friends going for a meal.
Could I claim for the hotel ? Lunch for the 2 of us ? Parking ? Now would I be pushing it to pick up the tab for meal/drinks for the friends ?
Obviously I don't want to exceed the £300 allowance so all tips welcome
