Does this indirectly have an impact on IR35 as well?
IIRC, IR35 can only apply if you are a director owning more than a certain percentage of the business. If shares in the company are sold / given / allocated to my wife and children, such that I own less than that level, does that clear me for IR35?Comment

My worry is that I was advised to issue Mrs OG a share when the company was formed, not to issue it to me 1st and then for me to transfer it. It appears this may make a difference. Good job I'm a member of the PCGOriginally posted by malvolioYes, basically. But wait for the full analysis, there's bound to be a right way and a wrong way to do it!
