I've not been able to get through on the phone to them, they're not replying to emails. They have set up a Ltd Co for me, can I go elsewhere and operate this company using my own accountant?Comment

No one can get through to them. Of course you can. Just talk to accountants. It is your own company.
Also go to companieshouse.gov.uk and download your company info report for a pound. You will know if they've correctly assigned the director and secretary. I'm still trying to work out how to get the information on shareholders.Comment

I managed to get hold of them on tuesday after waiting for 45mins. I left straight away.Originally posted by gravesendboyanyone working through them and more importantly have they been able to contact them ?
I have been told that yesterday they received over 4000 calls and jut can't cope.
That was enough for me to leave, coupled with the fact that they misplaced a load of info I sent in (passport copies, driving license etc...)
Leave them and get your own accountant is my adviceComment

I don't think Filetravel managed to assign the shareholders - but I'll check with my new accountant.Comment
