I wouldn't put the blame on filetravel as their service has been nothing but excellent with the MSC scheme. They did send an update out yesterday but their phone lines are heavily engaged.

I would like to see my foot meet the middle of chancellor's a*se!

Just click on the link bluebird provided, search for your company and click order information on this company.

I don't think Filetravel managed to assign the shareholders - but I'll check with my new accountant.

No one can get through to them. Of course you can. Just talk to accountants. It is your own company.

Also go to companieshouse.gov.uk and download your company info report for a pound. You will know if they've correctly assigned the director and secretary. I'm still trying to work out how to get the information on shareholders.

anyone working through them and more importantly have they been able to contact them ?

I managed to get hold of them on tuesday after waiting for 45mins. I left straight away.
I have been told that yesterday they received over 4000 calls and jut can't cope.
That was enough for me to leave, coupled with the fact that they misplaced a load of info I sent in (passport copies, driving license etc...)

Leave them and get your own accountant is my advice
