Short outside IR35 contract - Umbrella or LTD

Hi folks, I am interviewing for an outside IR35 contract this week, but the contract may only be for 4-6 weeks, however it might be extended. What is the best option, not sure it would be worth it to open a new LTD company for that short a contract, is there any other option?

There was some rule of thumb that outside only beat inside when (I think) the value was over 30k in the year. That said it didn't take in to account if you'd been inside/outside for the rest of the year.
Just for hassle factor I'd go umbrella for that regardless of savings. I can't see how a LTD setup offering a few 10's of % better returns can be worth it for 6 weeks. All depends on how sure you are it will get extended and for how long I guess.
