Do you still need IR35 Insurance?

My assumption is that since the liability and decision on being inside or outside IR35 moved to the client it is unnecessary to take out IR35 investigation insurance. The current front page article titled "What triggers an IR35 investigation?" seems to indicate you may still get investigated so I just want to double check I am not missing something.
