Goldfish Umbrella seems to be still in the list of Passport Accreditations.
I was told by my agent that IP Global are accredited and HMRC compliant and bla bla bla but I don't seem to find them in the list of approved umbrellas by PP or FCSA.
Any feedback on those?
Thank you for the advice on tax advisors and compliant umbrellas. I've already started making moves.
What exactly is it that causes you to think these are tax avoidance vehicles? Some things appearing on payslips that don't make sense, for example?Last edited by Fred Bloggs; 27 April 2023, 14:21.Public Service Posting by the BBC - Bloggs Bulls**t Corp.

Its actually rather painful reading this tread as it looks like you the original poster are avoiding some questions.
First of all what exactly is making you think you were in a DR scheme ?
Have you had payslips? And do these payslips show that you paid ENI/NIC/ PAYE Tax and Apprentice Levy on 100% of you invoice, minus the umbrella fees?
Have you checked your personal HMRC account to see if HMRC show the same amounts?
Has the umbrella paid you any way other than through the payslip calculations?
